After pulling the plug on the PSU and then turning off the swtich to the PSU, and fixing my ram, my pc has been restarting ever 5 secs. In addition before hand my monitor showed no signal for hdmi, vga and dvi from both the mobo slots and the graphic card slot. Graphic card is spinning and mobo is lit up and fans are also spinning so I don't what is wrong.
