Advice on front bumper damage

Hey Reddit,

My 2005 Toyota Camry received damage on the front bumper when I was trying to park in possibly the tightest parking spot. Anyway, it ended up hitting this concrete pole. Quite a bit of the paint was rubbed off, but there is a slight tear, which is what I am concerned about.

I was planning to sell this car soon, so this is definitely concerning.

EDIT: Basically, I'm looking for what the best route for repair would be. I don't have the time to go and get quotas tomorrow/today, so this is all the info I can provide for now.
