(Insert expletive here) eBay/Half.com

First I have to lose shipping costs on a book because of an ISBN technicality (College textbook packaged w/extras) and then I sell a BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX copy of Chris Guillebeau's The $100 Startup and this buyer claims it's not new. I can't even leave negative feedback. Do they care about buyers abusing rules any more?
