Hey 2X, I've been spotting a decent amount for a few days could this be a pregnancy sign?

So my SO and I are in the midst of a slight pregnancy scare: About two weeks ago I took the plan b pill (which I have taken one time before without any side effects, just a few days late period). I noticed that I had started spotting on Tuesday this week which persisted for 3 days. I'm slightly worried that this could be a sign of pregnancy though my SO also thinks he may have cut/bruised my cervix during sex earlier this week(before the spotting began), could this be the cause of the bleeding? Should we worry about this? Any past expierence or advice would be fantastic (: Sorry for the ever so reoccurring pregnancy scare post.
