My fiancée ran in to get some cash from the ATM at a target this guy in his 20's pulls up and blocks not 1 but 2 handy-cap parking spaces with his car then starts picking his nose and eating his boogers. I was franticly looking for my iphone to start recording some video. Then remembered that it was in her purse. For a solid 3 minutes the guy was mining his nose and eating the profits before some dude got in the car and he drove off.
