If you are going to join a public game, then you have to cooperate with other players.

I was just in a public game. We were plowing through act 3 (inferno) from seigebreaker onward, five stacks of NV, all was going well. Eventually, two of our players had to go (leaving me and our barbarian duoing), and then two new players joined our group, a wizard and a DH. The wizard had 16k health and not enough armor/resistances to survive a single attack. He also didn't speak English (US server, btw) so it was impossible for us to communicate with him. We get to our first elite pack, and the Wizard is entirely helpless because he can't stay alive long enough to do any damage. Our vote kicks failed, because (it appeared to me) the DH was friends with him. Our elite pack enrages, as the barbarian and I cannot handle the pack together in a four person game, so the DH decides its time to death zerg past the mobs, despite my efforts to convince her otherwise. So we death zerg past and then have the exact same problem on the next pack.

So, I beseech you, my fellow players. If you do not have proper gear, if you can't stay alive long enough to do any damage, if you have to result to death zerging, please GET OUT OF THE PUBLIC GAME, go back an act or two, and farm there until you are ready. You are a burden to your fellow players when you join game and are incapable of helping the team. And dear GOD please don't try to death zerg unless your entire party is on board.
