dry and at a [0]

So basically an ex-ent and buddy of mine used to act like the middle man between me and his dealer but attempts to contact the dealer and setup a meet and greet with me have all failed (dealer has stopped answering his phone). I haven't lived in Pittsburgh long enough to really know any other ents or ent-like beings, sadly enough. Any of you fine folk here from Pittsburgh have a remedy for my situation?
