What is the best type of Wailord for online wi-fi battles?

I'm going to be honest: I think Wailord is the funniest Pokemon I've ever seen. From the videos where six are battling in a triple battle, to the image of a Wailord being Seismic Tossed into orbit in Pokemon Battle Revolution, I find myself smiling whenever I look at it. That is why I would like to make one to use online that won't be completely destroyed right out of the gate. I would love some help with this in areas such as EVs, nature, moves, ability, hold item, etc. Thank you for any help in advance.
