CoD 4 online multiplayer?

I know there are plenty of modded servers and such with custom settings on CoD 4, but where could I find some standard, official-type servers? like, one's that let you gain experience and the like? nearly all the servers i have tried aren't like regular CoD.

here is a picture of all the Team Deathmatch servers I see. http://i.imgur.com/gIxBt.jpg

filters: view empty NO, view full NO, password ALL, dedicated only NO, mods NO, friendly fire OFF, killcam ON, punkbuster ON, hardcore mode ALL, old school mode ALL. (do i need to change any of these to find official servers?)
