New moderators!

We have three long time players that I have promoted to the status of Moderator. These players will play normally, as everyone else.

In addition to playing normally, they have the following abilities:

• Building anywhere in town, in order to correct people's plots, put up signs, and work on the community buildings.
• Creating plots for new players.
• Banning people and removing their plots.

The moderators are:

• emmabeany161 (Emma)
• runner5000 (Noah)
• Inflatablegoo (Ketan)
