I need advice on whether I should come out to my hardcore Catholic Christian family or not.

I am agnostic atheist while the rest of my family is very religious, very Catholic. I had been agnostic atheist since 2007. There is a possibility that they will disown me if I come out but that is not my main concern.

My mother has had heart problems and my dad has hypertension. I worry that if I come out, it might be too much for them to bear.

The only way I can tell them is either by phone or email. They are in the Philippines, while I am in Colorado.

TL;DR: My very catholic parents are not in the best of health. Should I come out to them?

Edit 1: Forgot to include my reason. The reason I am contemplating on coming out is because I have to keep lying to them about going to mass. They also insist I start introducing Jesus and god and mary, etc to my 2 year old son, and bring him to church. I want my son to choose what he wants to believe in.
