[Spoilers] The balance of the four elements and my tiny grip about the ending
In Avatar:TLA i liked the fact that each element had their own pros and cons and that there was no real "best element." As much as I loved the season finale, I'm kinda upset that Amon took people's bending through an advanced waterbending technique. To me it makes waterbending more powerful than the other elements. I mean waterbending already included ice and steam bending, and also healing and bloodbending, now it can take people's bending away! I may be biased cause I liked the theory where Koh the face stealer stole Amon's face as a trade for him learning energybending. The show doesn't confirm that only Tarrlok and Amon are capable of taking away people's bending. On the contrary, it seems that any waterbending under the full moon with enough experience in bloodbending could theoretically take away a person's bending
TL;DR, Waterbending is now haxxed
