REDDIT I NEED YOUR HELP ASAP IT'S REALLY URGENT

okay so my 7 year old brother was spitting at this 10 year old kid and i was sitting there watching it. it got into kicking so i picked up the 10 year old and braught him home and then braught my brother home to conclude the fight. the parents of the 10 year old called the cops. they'll be here in 15 minutes(bc its not emergency) . is there any charges available for them to press against me for this? hurry!
