Kind of freaking out about a potential virus on my Macbook Pro I bought new a year ago. Pic inside.

So lately my Mac has been finder frame printing?, I'll just call it that because I have no idea what the fuck is wrong. See pics for more info. Has anyone seen this on a Mac before?? It does it every 10 minutes or so and lasts about 40 seconds... And I'm hoping it doesnt get any worse... Any help?
