Hey guys! Soon to be "Godfarther" here to two of my best friends!

My two friends are not together but are being adults about this child coming into this world.

I'm good friends with both of them and want to be there for both of them!

I was wondering what you guys as parents wanted/needed from other people? Being that they are not going to live with each other, what can help them out the most from a third person?

I'm just trying to get tips on how to make life a tad easier on them!
