My girlfriend is going to start going to therapy and be medicated for me...

Alright, my girlfriend and I have been dating for about 3 months and she has been through a lot of stuff in her life. Just a lot of mental abuse, depression, anxiety, verbal abusive step-dad, and she's moved around a lot. So, all of this have left her a mental wreck. We start dating and I helped her a lot through it all and what not and she's fallen for me hard for me. She tells me she usually doesn't date people because she's with them for a little bit, then she gets weird and bitchy and what not. Well, she's at that stage, but, is into me a lot. I know this is cliche, but with her depression and all, she says I'm the only person that makes her happy. And she wants us to work out, so she has said that she wants to go to therapy and get medicated. Normally if I heard this, I'd be okay with it. Going to help you depression, anxiety. Good for you. But, here's the catch. She want to do it for us, for me. I don't like that. I love her and what not, but I don't want to marry this girl and have a life with her. I'm going to college in a year or so, and I just don't think it'll work out. But, I want to stay with her for at least the rest of my highschool career (i'm going to be a senior). But, there is something in my head that will make me feel awful if I let her do this and then brake up with her. That she's gone through all of that for me, then I leave. I know this makes me sound like a super d-bag and I'm kicking my self in the butt for putting myself in this position, but I didn't think it'd end up like this. I didn't really know who I could talk to about this, so I resorted to reddit. Any advice?
