ME3 Face Import Issues

I'm on my third playthrough of the Mass Effect series. With my two other Shepards I managed to import the face just fine from ME2. But suddenly with my third one, I can't import it. All I see is a default Shepard mocking me. Can anyone help? Something wrong with the code from ME2? If it helps at all, here's the code:
