Trade bug abuse = SAFE, Warning others? = BANNED

"So I lost 1.5m early in the game when 8-900 dps 2h xbows were going for around that much, to a trade bug exploit (not scammed, a bug in the game) and reported it to the GM's...

What I got was the response that they can't return my item OR gold (even though it was the fault on the systems side..) and necessary actions will be taken for the player who abused the bug and apparently stolen my gold/item.

I check the tag of the player who scammed me, next day and the following days... just to find that he/she is clearly not banned, or was even banned for a day, so sent another ticket and got the response "because you have sent us enough information, we will take appropriate actions against this player" (I've sent in SS, tag, exactly how the bug was abused) and even thanked me for reporting this bug they were not aware of.

Days go by, I still see him posting on trade forums buying/selling items. I post on his thread, warning others not to trade with him since he may use the trade hack again... and what does the community managers do? delete my warning posts so other player can also get scammed/hacked! good job to you community managers. (i still don't understand the logical reasoning behind this)

I certainly hope the GM's and community managers are not being paid a cent over the minimum wage... they obviously do not deserve it.

good bye Blizzard"

-posted this about an hour ago and came back to see the account banned from the forums for 3 days LOL.
