Suggested Item Mod Program

A little less than a year ago when I stopped playing for a while, I remember there were some programs being made and posted on Reddit that let you modify the suggested items in the in game shop per champion. Now that I'm trying to get back into the game (I picked the best time too huh?) I'm wanting to find one of these as I lost my dual monitor set up, which I used to use by having mobafire or whatever site on the other, showing me builds.

Yes I Googled and found quite a handful, but I was wondering what the r/LoL community thought were the best ones. I didn't see a link to any on the sidebar.
