FYH Nacho sparks and flames in the microwave.

I think Follow Your Heart makes a dope Mozzarella, so i decided to try the Nacho Cheese. I slice up the cheese, put it on top of tortilla chips and toss it in the microwave. It kept sparking! One time it briefly lit of fire! I've melted it in a quesadilla w/ some refried beans and rice and it was awesome.

Anyone else have this experience?
