There are some serious mods due out: I don't think there's ever been a better time to be a TW fan.

Much is ado in the Total War world, with the new title being announced on July 6th and new Napoleon DLC out. I would just like to bring to people's attention that the modding community has been as active and ever and there are some serious mods in the work right now.

Stainless Steel is getting a complete upgrade sometime soon:

Antipopes, re-emergent kingdoms and controllable inquisitors. There's a lot to be excited about.

The Great War mod is also getting a full number upgrade, and get this: TANKS. If no one has heard of this, this is a World War I mod of Empire Total War. Complete modern warfare, trenches, snipers, you name it:

This is supposed to serve as a successor to "Blue and the Grey" and is being developed by the same people. Look for yourself!

3.2 for Third Age Total War was just released as well, with new settlements:, Cair Andros, Esgaroth, and Erebor.
