Help me pick out my new knife

In a few months, i'll have about $200 to spend on a knife. I really want something hand made- not mass produced. I would prefer a folder, but i know handmade folders are more rare than fixed blade. Can anyone point me in the direction of a knife/knife maker that might be in my budget?
