Going on my first cross-country roadtrip in a few weeks. Do you guys know any legitimate website or subreddit in which I could set up places to stay with others while traveling?

I'm really excited and trying to get everything sorted out before heading to the west coast (from Cleveland). I plan on bringing camping supplies to camp out in, sleeping in my car, and possibly if this post works, staying with cool people for relatively cheap. I thought I had heard of a site in which you could set meets up while roadtripping but despite recent searches couldn't find any good results. Thanks!
