Demon Hunter in desperate need for help to clear Inferno

This is my first post on r/Diablo. Me and my friend are trying very hard to finish the game, but we're stuck in Act 2 Inferno, destroyed continuously by mobs of Elites and others. We're both casual players (as in, not experienced/skilled/professional players) and I was wondering if Reddit could help us (aka me) get through by analyzing my Demon Hunter stats and skills/runes. My stats are here and here, and my skills and runes are here

I'm just wondering if I'm doing ok or something could be upgraded or anything. I'm not using elective mode, but I'm willing to if I need to. My friend is using a Barbarian.

I would be very thankful to anyone of you who can provide tips and other guidance for my DH. If anyone ask for more stats, I will provide those without any problem. I'm not asking for someone to come help us clear it, just "counseling" haha.

EDIT: This is the new blue crossbow I got which boosted my damage by 23k more. I lost 8 discipline but I also bought a quiver which restored 5 discipline.

EDIT2: Thanks everyone for the help, this is huge for me and I'm very grateful for it. Right now, I don't have the gold to make the changes needed to my gear (I don't even have the gold to repair what I have hahaha) but in the long run, I'll look for the stats you advised. Sidenote: Reddit is awesome, 'nuff said!
