What are some friendly jokes about Finland I can tell?

Please, please, PLEASE, forgive any spelling, formatting or grammar mistakes I'm quite drunk.

A bit of backstory first. I'm one of your stereotypicly forever alone sort of blokes. Picture the neckbeard guy meme (i.e. would not bang!) and you got me.

But I am smitten with this girl I'm friends with, and would like to strike up some conversation via text/email/facebook. She is half Finnish and me and her have often had great fun talking about Finland and its heritage in the past, I.e. Simo Hayha and the likes.

I've decided I want to try my hand attempting getting the relationship side of things with her, and since this has been the basis of all our conversations of worth, I figured it would be a good place to start, and was wondering if anyone could give me a basis on how to talk to her.

If this sounds misogynistic in any way I'm sorry, I'm not good with words (especially in my current state!) I don't mean any disrespect, she is essentially the best thing about my life.
