Bought my father-in-law an ecig. He went from 25 analogs a day to 10 or less.

I got him an 808d starter kit and some juice from www.flavourcraftors.com. He's been smoking analogs for 40+ years and has cut his consumption a TON! From 25/day to less than 10. I didn't think he would give the thing a second thought; but he said their dumaurier flavored juice (they call it Mac Maurier) is actually pretty good!

He's been preaching this thing to everyone he knows. This ecig has achieved the impossible. His juice is 12mg nicotine but I think he might go down to 8 the next time he buys a bottle.
