Top: Rumble

Mid: Kennen

Jungle: Amumu

Bot lane: Trist + Lulu

This team composition is very strong throughout all parts of the game.

All of the lane picks are pretty strong. Lulu and Trist make a very good agressive kill/poke lane. The AP from Lulu's Whimsy is not wasted on Trist, as her burst gets stronger. The CC and poke from lulu compliments it as well.

Rumble and Kennen are known to be great laners.

Amumu can be counter jungled, but can work well in this comp as long as he doesn't fall too behind (which shouldn't be hard if he wards and gets a little help).

Mid game: The mid game is where this comp picks up ground. Trist has a weak mid game, but this is the point of the game where Rumble is at his strongest. The combination of Rumble + Kennen + Mumu + Lulu ulties will lock down and do a ton of damage to an entire team. Wotas from Kennen + Rumble (and maybe even mumu h4h4h4h) combined with all the AoE damage = pretty awesome. Lulu ulti is good too.

Late game: Tristana is scary as hell. She is already impossible to kill target with W, her passive and ultimate, and it will be even more impossible to kill her with all the CC the team has. The enemy team has to build heavy MR and armour, due to the high mixed damage from your comp.
