Transfer from a private CA 4-year

So, I applied to ASU for the fall as a transfer. I only have 1 semester of university under my belt (University of San Diego) and got a 2.88 GPA. In high school, I had a 3.5 GPA and a 1900 SAT. I'm going for Sociology, and my app is in review right now. What do you guys think about my admission chances? And about how long does it take to get a response?
