Attempted to wipe/restore my HP Pavillion DV6000 laptop, now won't boot up.

I'm using Windows 7. When I attempt to run the Startup Repair, it's unable to repair the computer giving the following problem signatures:

What should I do? Should I attempt to reinsert the set up disc and attempt to reformat again? Any insight would greatly be appreciated.
