[Leveling] Lv59 [Monk] stuck in Hell Act 3

I'm at lvl 59, stuck in Hell, Act 3 (just before the the area we go smash catapults and balistae.) Each time I go out there I'm on with trash mob, but once a blue/yellow comes along I get uber ganked.

I know I have sub par gear, but I'm finding it hard to get money to buy gear with the repair costs of dying.

Any suggestions for strategy/build?

or should I do the unthinkable and zerg my way to inferno?
