PC On barb belt, and ilvl 63 armor

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to selling stuff on the AH, and I just had a pretty good run farming act I tonight. I'm trying to figure out appropriate prices on two pieces of equipment, one is the first ilvl 63 chest piece I've found, Sealed Garb, and the other is this barb belt, Deadly Scabard. The thing about the belt is that I can't find anything remotely close for it: searching for a 180 str, 7% life and +9% frenzy belt literally nets me one result, a belt selling for like 10 mil. Since there's only one, I have no idea if that's actually reflective of a good price or not. Please let me know what I should ask for these items. Thanks!
