I'm having a Windows-Esque fram glitch issue with my Macbook Pro. Any help?

So lately my Mac has been finder frame glitching?, I'll just call it that because I have no idea what the fuck is wrong. See pics for more info. Has anyone seen this on a Mac before?? It does it every 10 minutes or so and lasts about 40 seconds... And I'm hoping it doesnt get any worse... Any help? http://i.imgur.com/GizRb.jpg another one http://i.imgur.com/HQe2D.jpg
