[Troubleshooting]

OK, so this isn't as much as a computer building question as much as general computer troubleshooting. So I downloaded this thing called WINZIP so that I could convert a couple of songs that I torrented. Now when I try to uninstall it, it just says preparing to uninstall and never works. Is there any way to force uninstall it or make it work?
