New build questions (722TS)...

Thinking of my first build, live in Canada but will be heading to SF in December. Leader 722TS + S803 Fork for $219, pretty sure it's worth bringing it back by flight (rather than $80 shipping to Toronto from Citygrounds). Sizing is no worry; will probably ship the frame/fork to a friend's place and store it there for now until Dec. Kind of want to keep the budget under $700. Currently just got the wheelset in mind (V DeepVs with Formulas $200), and the pedals+straps ($60).

Could anyone help me figure out some parts that could maximize the use of my budget please? I've got nothing but extra bars - so I believe I need a... BB, stem, headset, crankset, seatpost+seat, tires and I think I'm all set. Sounds like the crankset is the relatively more important part, any suggestions?

Edit: thought I'd add a total to minimize the calculations: so far it's frame/fork, wheelset, pedalcombo, bars for $480. So, around $220-250 left for BB, stem, headset, crankset, seat+post, tires, chain. Doable?
