Are their any websites to pair up with gaming partners? If not, why has no one created it yet?

I'm sure I'm not the only one looking for gaming partners. I have many Xbox gaming partners, but none of my friends have PC games. I just bought Diablo 3, but found their was no voice chat, and the chat box was confusing/hard to use while playing. Are there any websites dedicated to pairing up gamers to play their favourite games, using age, sex, voice-chat, etc. as options?
