Azingy, The Master General?

Hello summoners, this Godlike Azingy player is very hard to find information on. He doesn't stream, make guides, etc. He is off the grid. I checked out his runes and mastery pages but can not put together who to use them for. I am looking for Fiddlesticks build and how he plays him, if anybody can help me thank you:)
