Can someone help me exchange my Amazon Payments money for PayPal money?

I have about 15 dollars on my Amazon Payments account that I'd like to be able to withdraw except that I don't have my bank account information handy.

I'm wondering if I could send someone those $15 to their Amazon Payments account in exchange for $15 in PayPal money.
