Fat soluble supplements with L-Theanine and Green Tea
So I just ordered CoQ10. I already take L-theanine everyday with a cup of green tea(since it has caffeine in it). I just read that I can't take green tea extract with fat soluble items?
In the morning, my ritual is to eat some breakfast and then take 3 caps of fish oil, 4000 IU vit D, and then take L theanine with some green tea. However now I learn that I can't do that b/c the green tea will interfere with everything.
What should I do? Drop the green tea and just drink coffee with the l-theanine? Or should I carry on? Its just 1 cup of green tea.
And a totally unrelated question: I am also buying Zinc and Magnesium since I am probably deficient in them. Will taking ZMA be enough for my deficiencies of both minerals? I know Zinc will be fine but I am not sure about Magnesium.
To clarify, the cheapest ZMA on amazon.com is by NOW and the Magnesium is in the form of Magnesium Aspartate 450mg
