Just pre-purchased the CE. I have a question...

I had the CE pre-order since May and I just payed it off Friday. I asked the employees and they said my code would be on my PowerUpRewards. I've looked and there is nothing.

Was I supposed to cancel my pre-order and then pre-purchase? I asked the employees this same question and they said it wasn't necessary. I'm trying to jump in this Monday for the stress test. Any help on how I obtain my code is appreciated
