Flight Reimbursement (China)

Hey, I'm finishing up my one year contract here in China, and one of the incentives for you to complete your entire contract is at the end they will give us a 10000 RMB reimbursement for our flight. The thing is I don't plan on leaving China just yet. I was planning on looking for a receipt of my original flight to China, but I can't find it in my email. Anyway, I was just asking if any of you knew somehow or somewhere I could find and just slip them a fake airline ticket/receipt or if any of you have done this in the past? Thanks
