Conundrum about purchasing a flat and the strings attached to a long term relationship.

Big conundrum here. Long term relationship with a local and have a small but mildly successful business together. Been holding off on marriage as my age is still mid-twenties and personally that's not the age I anticipated I would be walking down the aisle at. A reasonable offer for purchasing a flat over 5 years has come up, and as I'm currently throwing away about 5000 RMB a month total in rental fees on various properties it seems like a sound investment. The tricky part is convincing the girl and her parents that this should be in my name or at least partially so. This is because at least a partial investment on the part of her parents has been put on the table. I'm currently searching for any loophole in the visa laws that would allow me to justify the title being in my name for the sake of getting a long term visa without jumping through the hoops I'm currently jumping through just to stay in the country. There's always a chance that me having an honest chat with the family would be sufficient for them to trust me enough to invest. (I fully intend to reimburse them over the next few years) But certainly any leverage in this discussion would be beneficial. The most difficult part is that the girl has a claim to half the money we generated working together but because things are going smoothly neither I nor her have really discussed it. Any thoughts?
