Accidentally set Time machine backup to my Bootcamp partition (X-post from r/24hoursupport)

I really messed up big time here and mistakenly set my time machine backup location to bootcamp and it formatted the partition. Is there a way I can restore my files, and if at all possible to actually recover the whole OS to a bootable state. If not can I recover my registry hives which will save a lot of time with being able to skip re-installing a majority of my programs which would take at least a week. -Thanks
