Which S3 To get?

Hey all,

I'm in Canada so I was wondering, should I get the duo core version with 2 gigs of ram, or try to get my hands on a quad core version of this phone. Are there any upsides to one or the other, will I notice that much of a difference between a quad core and duo core? Thanks! Which one do most people have?
