Can you tell when your having one of these drams?

I frequently have dreams like this, once a month I would say is average. I got into the habit of telling someone i'm close to about my dreams when they occur just to make sure i'm not going crazy. When I get them they feel a cretin way . . . not sure how to explain. I'm a very emotion person and I connect my emotions to dreams, clothing, movies ect. "future" dreams have a cretin emotion attached to them. I would like to know If anyone else has the same thing? Can you tell when your having a "Future" dream, and if so what is the tell tale sign?
