Hey Reddit what was the closest you've ever came to accidentally seriously injuring or killing someone? I'll start

Well a few months ago i stayed up really late watching some scary

movies with little brother. The night rolled on and ended when we both

passed out. I woke up about 5-ish and was feeling thirsty so I tiptoed

down the stairs to go into the kitchen. As soon I reach the bottom of

the steps I feel this presence right next to me. Understand this next

part was likely fueled by my grogginess and the 6 different horror

movies i'd just seen. So I turned and swung as hard as I could and

ended up missing my dads face by a hair a leaving a massive hole in

the wall. I don't think i've ever seen my dad so confused and scared.

The worst part is now everyone in my house stomp to let me know

they're in the room.
