[TOMT] Children's show

For years I've been trying to remember some show I remember watching when I was really little. It aired somewhere between late 90s and super early 2000s, and it was all actors in costumes.

I remember it was about 3 or so pirates, and I also remember the pirates had rival pirates that were extreme perfectionists. There was also some giant statue thing that would sail in every once and a while.

I swear I remember this show. I don't think I made this up.
