A fapstronaut with Boredom Issues.

So my past NoFap lasted 11 days. Not bad for me, but I do have way higher expectations for myself.

Anyway, today my streak broke. Now, I'm not one that just falls off the horse for no reason, so I decided to try and find out why I fapped. It wasn't that hard to find out.

You see, I had r/NoFap open, but on a diffrent tab (which was the tab I was active on) I had one of the porn subreddits or whatever you want to call them. But why would I just be browsing porn? I wasn't even horny.

Now that I think of it, I browsed the porn because I was bored. Bored and on the computer. Since this has happened more than once, I have finnally realised that if I want to be a successful Fapstronaut I have to find something to do instead of browse the web or reddit .

But what kind of things can I do? How can I motivate myself to get my ass away from the screen and do something productive? I appreciate all the help I can get! My little weiner won't prove to be stronger than my willpower!
