Budget is up to 1300, but the goal is to be able to run something like Skyrim on Ultra settings, with a nice high framerate (approx 50 fps). I'm open to suggestions on the graphics card because that's the area I know the least about. Also, the reason for the two M4s is because I'm going to run the OS in a RAID0 array.
