Proposal: In-game chat channel

Seeing as a subreddit is a community, and EVE is all about community, we should decide on a channel that we can all go to if we want to visit other redditting roleplayers and make it easier to interact with each other. I would create one myself, except I haven't been able to put much time into EVE recently and I've let my subs lapse temporarily.
