Small snake species question.

I've been interested in getting a small snake for a while now, but I want it to stay under 15 inches full grown. I like small pets :P I've read up on Ringneck snakes, but I was wondering if there are any other species of snakes that stayed under 12 to 15 inches fully grown?

thanks :) for any suggestions.
